Good size apartment and easy walking distance

Kitchen wasn’t clean, previous rubbish not taken out and dishwasher still full. Shower was dirty and didn’t want to take bath because the jets to the bath were brown. Internet kept dropping while trying to watch tv so I had to keep rebooting the modem.

The verandra looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks….the aircon was full of leaves so water was all over the floor and the mat was wet….it did not make us want to really sit outside.

Honestly, Nelson Bay isn't too bad, but it's quite quiet in the evenings. Everything closes by 5 PM, and after 8 PM, restaurants no longer accept walk-ins. It seems more suited for a much older demographic. The accommodation was mediocre at best. We encountered a dirty bathroom complete with photos, glasses covered in dust and some of them even still dirty from previous visitors on the shelf, a very unclean balcony, and a sofa stained throughout. The rug on the floor was also full of stains and dirt. Also lets not forget about the toilet paper rool only one full and a finished one right on the holder. Additionally, we were provided only one key for apartment access. To make matters worse, the room had extremely transparent blinds, offering anyone in the car park an unobstructed view inside.

Clean and tastefully decorated with all practical items supplied. Located so close to central we didn’t need our car.
