The room and location

The drain in the shower was full of hair and flooded the bathroom into the hall. The floors could also be cleaner. If we walked around the unit without shoes, the bottom of our feet became black.

Location was good as staff seamed friendly and accommodating

Roof top bbq area was in very poor condition, cabinets were broken and a major concern was the gate to the live edge 10 floors up was unlocked . The kids opened this gate. Could have been very serious. There is weed beds not garden beds and pretty much blocked the whole view. No where to sit and have dinner. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work very well so rooms were very hot so very sleepless nights. Accommodation was booked for 4 people but only cutlery for 2 was in the draws. Bins were over flowing in basement so terrible stench went through the whole carpark and up the elevator. No clothes horses supplied so washing was very difficult. Staff or manager seamed to be very helpful and not sure what control they have on the above. Definitely look around area as this property wasn’t by far the cheapest and definitely nicer places to stay. We definitely won’t be back. Photos attached.

Easy and hassle free. Instructions were clear. Will definitely book again when we come back to Australia for another holiday.
