Nice view of the park

The foyer and elevator was filling with more flies everyday. Then someone vomited in the elevator. We requested a paid carpark the day we arrived for our 3 night stay but never received a response.

New building - two bed was great price.

The couch was gross. Stained. See photo Needed another couch for a 4 person apartment. One 2 seater wasn’t enough. No tissues, face washers, no hand towels or paper towel. No indoor close hanger for towels

Very new property with all amenities located close to fast food outlets, harbour town shopping centre and theme parks. Lots of on street parking available if driving.

Upholstery on couches and dining chairs were stained and probably need upgrading. Air conditioning in bedroom 2 didn’t work.

Loved the view and the modern feel to the apartment. Audrey was fantastic to deal with!!

The common area furniture and kitchen chairs were all very badly stained. It looked like someone had peed on them The master bathroom did not have a garbage bin, and the soap dispenser was empty. Hand towels should have been in both bathrooms, especially as the bath towels were on the bed when we arrived.

Clean, good value, perfect for our needs.

Could have done with a few staple items just to make life easier, such as salt and pepper shakers, maybe some oil spray for cooking. They’re cheap and easy to stock. Otherwise people have to buy their own, just to use tiny amounts and are then more likely to take it with them, perpetuating the cycle.

Comfortable beds. Quiet evening though close to main road. Close to food outlets etc

Smell from garbage chute in hallways. Very small amount of ants and one small cockroach. Maybe needs better best control. Make sure your pest control person is using the red gel.
