Pinnacle on the Park

Rented for 10 days, supposed to be clean and restock house keeping after 1 week but no one came or ask for cleaning.

The proximity to where we had to go was great.

The only things that should be addressed is the sofa, it had a bad odour and needs cleaning. The elevator also had a very high stench. This is probably because the garbage refuse is next to the life and over the weekend it probably doesn’t get emptied.

I liked the location, the modern facilities, the spacious rooms

Kitchen utensils incl pots and pans were minimal - i.e. only one pot and one pan. The place could benefit a lot from a bit more furnishing to make it feel more comfortable and homely.

It was super easy to access and stay at the apartment.

There was a foul smell in the lobby as you enter, it made me very uncomfortable.

Comfortable and neat

Rooms were spacious. All visible surfaces were clean. Fridge was spotlessly clean and so was the dishwasher. A/C was really good. Street parking was amazing. Property was quiet and none of the balconies faced other guests.

There was a used towel that was left in the smaller bedroom above the cupboards The extra blanket was partially folded assuming used but the after checkout clean was done thoroughly There were food crumbs underneath the couch - I dropped my phone and lifted the couch cushions and was shocked There were no salt and pepper provided The kettle inside surface was burnt black and not cleaned so was unusable The 2nd bathroom flooded on my first shower, so had to lift the drain to find hair that I had to use the toilet brush to remove. So, all in all, it is the cleaning service that is doing not a great job for the next guest. The property also has Refuse Chute near the elevators, so it has a weird smell when waiting for elevators particularly in the lobby area.

Location to hospital was great

Parking unit was advertised with parking however for the unit we were staying in there was no allocated parking space so had to use the visitor spaces, 2 only. As these filled quickly the agent allowed us to park in other unit spaces at a daily charge of $10. Not happy at all. The washing machine was full of mould so was unhygienic to use.
