The location, shower,bathroom.and parking apart from having to pay for parking.

Dirty couch chairs, the constant noise, the smell from a broken rubbish shute, cigarette smoke and the place was like a sauna due to the blinds.

"Convenient, safe and comfortable"

Great proximity to the Gold Coast University Hospital. Having a kitchen, laundry and a comfortable place to sit were all important to us. There were places to eat and other facilities within walking distance. It was very secure.

Very close to the hospital, and it was very quite, the beds were comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Audrey our property contact was helpful and friendly

the windows need a good clean and there was no dust pan and brush.

"It would have been nice accommodation but the broken aircon spoiled everything."

The aircon was broken and it was hot and uncomfortable with our whole stay.

Had some aircon issues but Audrey was fantastic in sorting this for us. Cleaning could probably be improved but again they were very responsive.
