"Do not stay here"

The staff were lovely.

This is not a comment in the staff- they were fantastic. The owners need to take responsibility for all the things not there - no cleaning products ( I replaced them) - all glasses and plate's were dirty - no bath product beyond conditioner - the keys took 20 minutes to open the front door - I got locked in the garage and could not get out

Location, views

Being abused when we arrived by fellow in unit 4, kept awake all night by a party in unit 7 asked them twice to tone it down, as a result the police had to be called in

The view from the living area and balcony is exceptional! Spacious apartment with a beautifully renovated and well equipped kitchen. Good location within walking distance to jetty pub and coffee shops.

We had trouble accessing the key from the lock box. We have a large SUV, found the drive way steep and the under cover parking space very tight. We chose to park on the street which was no big deal.

The apartment was very well presented, and it was at excellent location. It was easily accessible and views from the apartment were exceptional. Services were equally good.

Checkin required images of credit card and to be uploaded which I am not sure meets PCI-DSS requirements.

Carpark was quite tight for a large SUV Living room could have done with some more seating options
