"Great location for a family stay in Melbourne"

Location and indoor pool. Also two bedroom for a family. Good washing machine and dryer. Spacious

Needed a good clean. Some furniture was stained, new pillows needed, doona inserts not clean, door stuck so not easy to get into apartment. Fan needed in bathroom.

we did not recieve the email about retrieving the keys until 1 hour after we arrived at midnight. i called the host during the day after i found out my flight would be delayed to ask her about the key retrieval because i was unsure if they would be there to give me the key or not and she didn’t answer. i called her again before the flight, no answer and then i called her multiple times when we arrived at the property as obviously we had no way to get into the room and she never answered.

Location to the train station, heated pool

Master bed felt like it was going to fall apart every time you moved! Only one towel per person supplied so you can’t have a swim and then shower
