"Wir waren nur 1 Nacht dort, haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt!"

Sehr ruhige,aber zentrale Lage. Kaffeemaschine sogar mit Kapseln:-). Wohltemperiert, Parkplatz in Parkgarage im Preis inbegriffen. Gleich ums Eck eine super Bäckerei fürs Frühstück!

Eigentlich hätten wir uns einen Balkon erwartet. Appartement im 2ten Stock ohne Lift- für uns kein Problem, aber sollte man mehr Gepäck haben, oder geh-eingeschränkt, sicher problematisch. Die Rückgabe der Karte und Deponieren im Appartement. Beim Verlassen der Garage wäre eine Einwurfmöglichkeit im Erdgeschoss eine Idee, damit man nicht wieder rauf muss..

Die Lage war perfekt. Leider mussten wir mit dem Auto schon bis 11:00 aus der Tiefgarage fahren

Die Hauseingangstür öffnete sich nicht. Habe die Information gleich an die Vermieter per Mail gesendet, leider keine Antwort! Zum Glück trafen wir die Reinigungskraft und die Dame hat uns weitergeholfen!

Geräumiges Appartement, gut geeignet für 3 Personen, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Städte-Urlaub benötigt. Beste Lage mitten in der Innenstadt von Graz.

Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Ruft nicht zurück, beantwortet keine Nachrichten. Self-check-in funktioniert nicht, da die Sprechanlage nicht funktioniert und die Haustür daher nicht aufgeht. Konnten nur ins Haus, weil zufällig jemand kam und uns aufsperrte. Abends konnten wir nicht mehr ausgehen. Kein W-Lan trotz gegenteiliger Ankündigung.

Die Unterkunft hatte massive Mängel insbesondere in der Ausstattung.

Trotz mehrfachen Versuchen die Unterkunftgeber zu kontaktieren, gelang dies nie und die Türglocke war defekt weshalb wir 2x nicht in die Wohnung gekommen sind.

"Gute Lage"

Außergewöhnlich gute Lage, alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken hat perfekt funktioniert. Schönes und zweckmäßiges Appartement.

Haustür hat sich nicht geöffnet. Niemand war telefonisch oder per SMS erreichbar. Keine Rückmeldung. Waschmaschine defekt. Wäre das obige nicht gewesen (unerwartete Stress-Situation) hätte ich jdf wieder gebucht.
