"Great accomodation option for large groups"

This is a great accomodation option for large groups in Innsbruck, that turns out to be cheaper than most hostels in the city. Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds and well-furnished. Highly recommended, also for the smooth communication with the owner.

Це перлина. Чудове місце розташування. До самого центру 3 хв . За 150 метрів чудовий підземний гараж , 15 євро доба. 50 метрів чудовий ресторан Tony’s . Але у вихідні бажано бронювати. Квартира з новим ремонтом, на 100 відсотків відповідає фотографіям. Інтернет на рівні і є по всій квартирі. Ліжко і білизна також. Швидкий і легкий доступ. Є сходи , бо це європейський перший поверх а український другий. Є вся техніка і посуд , який у чудовому стані. Прибирання на висоті. Я рекомендую цю квартиру і дякую власнику за чудовий відпочинок. Тому що житло це також частина відпочинку.

Один ключ. Для більшої сімʼї потрібно два. Правда можна було лишати у скриньці внизу але це незручно.

جميل الاثاث والسعه والاسره مريحه والموقع جميل

يعيبه تعامل شركه العقار يطلبو تامين وهذا مخالف شروط الحجز وتم تواصل مع بكونج وتم حل الموضوع ولكن يكرهك الحرص وزعاج المستاجر بسلامه الشقه تقول سياره مو شقه

الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الساحة وبجانب المرافق المطلوبه السوبرماركت والمطاعم ومواقف السيارات قريبه

تعامل صاحب الشقة، وتفاجأت قبل السفر بيوم بطلب تأمين 500 يورو والا لن يتم ادخالي الشقه اذا لم يتم الدفع.وتم دفع التأمين ولكن اخبرني مالك الشقة استرداد التأمين ياخذ 10 ايام. علماً بانه من سياسة مكان الاقامة لايوجد تأمين. لايوجد غسالة ملابس.

Die Lage war sehr gut, ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof, Strassenbahnhaltestelle fast vor der Haustür, Supermärkte und Bäcker zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, vollständige Küchenausstattung vorhanden.

Apartment was spotless and the best I've stayed in a while. Lots of free services and amenities were also provided for a wonderful experience. The apartment was also a short walk from the main train station!

NIL, was pretty much perfect for a short stay in Innsbruck, highly recommended to others!
