The location and the decorations

I arrived at the apartment and it was very dirty. I contacted them and there was no response. I had to clean it. In addition, the Internet was not working and there was no communication until the next day. When the communication took place, they promised me a technician’s license to repair it, but he did not come. Two days passed without the Internet. I fixed it myself for the rest of the days. In addition, when I took a shower, the whole apartment was filled with water. There is no drainage, and all the rooms were filled. I contacted them, and there was no response. And all this without receiving any apology

The rooms are suspicious, and they have smart TV in each room and of course a great location.

Check-in time is a bit late as it's 4 pm

Great location, central but quiet when windows closed. Handy to have TV in each bedroom, good to have 2 toilets and showers. Ample plates, glasses etc. Comfy beds.

Lack of finishing touches, would expect hand towels to be provided in bathrooms and to see bigger towels. Would have liked to have tea towel and kitchen roll in kitchen. Missing some basics such as baking tray in kitchen. Paint work could do with some touch ups as scuffed in places.

Spacious for group of 5 with 3 bedrooms and so convenient with 2 bathrooms! Extra amenities located below if needed and staff was responsive right away! I liked that they left behind spices from other tenants so we didn't have to worry about getting extra supplies and we left items for future tenants to use as well! Super quiet and rooms are sealed tight! Beds were comfy and decor was on point! It's within mins with of everything and the grocery store! Make sure to bring a bag with or you ll be paying 50 cents for every bag in the store. Will rent again!

Tv in the main room with beautiful view didn't sync well with wifi and had a terrible time connecting, the shower with the balcony leaks so beware of flooding floors! Cleaning lady doesn't show up so make sure to maintain area if you are in for a long visit.

We where 10 and the accommodation had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, modern bedrooms. The kitchen very well equipped with enough utensils for all ten of us. We had a question and the administrator responded quickly and very attentive. Will highly recommend.
