location and view, especially from room 201 was excellent. Nice big shower. Complimentary bottle of Champagne on arrival, nice touch.

The balcony area was exceptionally dirty, there was wasp nests, dust and cobwebs all over balcony area. Someone had painted on the table and haven't cleaned up. There was nothing to clean the balcony chairs and table with. Also went to have a cupper tea on arrival, no milk. happy to provide tea and coffee, but no milk.
