Wish there was a sink in the living area

The room and the location.

There was a coffee machine,it was very dirty.Didnt clean properly.Only one toilet roll for 4 people for 2 nights.No milk provided on arrival.Everything else was great. We had our room on top floor but no lift.we have to carry all our luggage.Along with the photos I have added a photo of coffee machine and the paper towel which we cleaned it.Very dirty.

Spa /nice size beds/location/

Having to wash our plates ect in the hand basin of the little area usually situated in the bathroom but was in our hallway opposite the toilet and to refill our kettle to make coffee from the hand basin. Also our very poor range of knives and forks and 2 spoons put in a ice bucket in the carboard. Also being asked to remove all our bin rubbish and put them in the bins outside. When we booked our accommodation, we were asked which wine we preferred, letting them know we liked a sweet wine and on arriving a bottle of very dry wine had been nicely placed on the table, which we could not drink. Although not major problems it is these little touches that makes the stay more enjoyable and to know that they will go out of their way to make sure we have a pleasant stay.

The view is lovely,close to town, spa was beautiful,beds were very comfortable. Fire was cosy and did warm the unit up.

there is no kitchen sink which was very strange. we had bought a beautiful selection of local produce set up the cheese board didn’t have a bottle opener to open our wine and then had to wash everything up in the same sink we were using to wash our faces and clean our teeth 😬
