The worst couch ever, coule have a nice comfy 3 and another 2 seater to seat all guests. Beds very uncomfortable, especially the single beds. Towels were old and rough. Loud with road traffic and ambulances with sirens on constantly. Needed the shower all the way to hot to get the water just warm enough. A smart TV would be a good addition.

Very poor communication skills regarding checking in ! Check out at 10am , people were waiting at the door around 9.30 for us to get out of the room . Water all over the bathroom floor on check-in. One member of our group almost slipped over entering the Bathroom . Cheap thin towels , limited condiments in the kitchen.

The collection of the key. Instructions clear enough if you could see the fence to which the thing was attached. Out in the open I wonder if dogs pee on it. The single beds in the second bedroom were like concrete. I have never slept on such AWFUL mattresses. Also, there was no ordinary tea, just green tea which the majority wouldn’t drink. The traffic noise was horrendous.

It would have been much nicer if the host was to meet us at the apartment to hand over the keys - or have a code - instead of walking to get & unlock a padlock then make our way back to the apartment
