Luxury Apt with 2BR plus 2Bath

- the building was modern - amenities in the complex were nice

- communication was terrible - Candy (main contact lady) was rude - even hung up on me multiple times - dust everywhere - place smelt like curry when we arrived - crockery amd cutlery was dirty in cupboards- had to clean to ourselves to use - felt unclean - mattress were rock hard - linens were cheap - windows were dirty

Everything about this apartment was awesome. We booked for 3 nights. Perfect location in the heart of Liverpool..very secured , private parking.easy to check and check out....we stayed on level 15 the view was stunning. Thanks candy for making everything easy.

I loved the location and apartment.

I didn't like staff.

The secure parking space underground and the hosts quick response to enquiries, issues and sorting out problems.

The mattresses were not commercial quality and very uncomfortable. Also the sheets were not good quality.

The property was affordable and in a good location. We travelled to Sydney from Melbourne, to visit family and we weren't too far away from family in Edmondson Park or the city for a train ride or even drive in. The great thing was the local night market was on to celebrate the end of Ramadan, which was great! Shops are close by, and the children very much enjoyed the swimming pool. Parking was very easy, and collection of keys from a lockbox with clear instructions. Any questions I had, the owner Candy answered without hesitation - great communication from her. Also loved that the apartment was on level 15, as we got decent views and it was VERY CLEAN!!!

The only thing we didn't really like was the main bedroom bed. There is a double and a single, but it would have been nice as the main bedroom to have a queen or king, minus the single bed in the room. Apart from that, everything else was great!

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Didn't get to use the pool - tho it did look soooo good! Some great food outlets close by. Easy access, secure parking & the owner Candy was extremely helpful & very easy to communicate with via text with prompt replies. Would definitely stay here again..

Was big enough for 4 people

There was no fan in the bathroom, the towels were Kmart thin ones which didn’t last us 2 nights and 3 days. Was crazy mess checkin with non English speaking host and her cleaners or whoever they were. We were checked in a different room then moved to another room. Key password was not working on padlock on streets, a man kept calling the host to sort it and there was 1 tea bag supplied for the family only. There was no body wash only shampoo and conditioner. When booking with booking .com I put my Amex for payment and also confirmed with candy they take Amex but the man on the street didn’t want Amex and said give cash or visa. The address on booking. Com should be 21 Charles street not Macquarie street. I was misinformed about the address by host till I was ready to checkin. I think they tricking the public with address. I was lat to the wedding I had to attend as we didn’t checkin till 3.35 after all the languages problem, room not checked in right etc. I would not use this apartment again. Overpriced for the service they provide
