Stairs up to the unit

The unit was very comfortable and the location was excellent. It is in the centre of Bicheno above the shops and you can walk to everything.

View was magnificent, everything was clean and place was spacious. Position to everything was great.

No casting or mirroring was available on the TV. No WiFi was available

The location was good, right in the middle of the little community of Bicheno. View not quite as good as expected (poles, wires cluttering the view), but still nice. Quiet and restful. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean.

We were very unhappy with the communications with staff. They provided a phone number to call with questions and concerns, but I received no response via text or voice call. Email responses were slow. While we were there, the sole staff person was out-of-the-office (Wed/Thursday). She provided the same number to contact if we had issues. We had questions, called the number. NO response at all via text or voice call. We finally got a response via email on Friday when the staff person returned to work (and after we had checked out). We joked that if we lost the only key provided, there would be no way to get another as no-one ever responded to our calls or texts. And I felt like the owners/hosts were stingy. No internet and no hot water supplied to the washing machine. They had a huge hot water tank, so insufficient supply was not the reason. And who in this day and age does not provide interest service? I guess failed to see that on the description, but we are certain that we saw "free wifi" when we booked the unit. And lastly, the unit was not very clean. For example, there was debris behind the bedroom doors and the unit seemed in need of a thorough, deep clean.

Spacious apartment right in the centre of town

There was a very noisy party in the restaurant underneath one night. Probably very unusual for this location but it was extremely loud! They did stop playing the music by 11pm. Also not happy about having no dishwasher and only one bathroom for the price I paid.

There was no internet or none advised. Had to use Telstra hotspot The TV reception was not great. Mostly could not access channel 10 The welcome book could have contained a bit more information such as restaurants and local hot spots
