No dishwasher installed so glasses and plates smudged and had to be Re washed. Saucepans old and pitted need to be replaced . Bbq hadn’t been cleaned

Great location, lovely sunny spot

It’s a pretty ugly view off the deck, glimpses of water are nice just don’t look down below. Good spot to sit out in the sun though. Maybe get rid of the dead pot plant on the deck as it just added to the ugliness

Good location to get around the town

For the price we paid, I’d expect a better standard, the kitchen was very outdated, the cleanliness standard of the property isn’t what you’d expect either, while clean on the surface if you take a harder look it wasn’t that clean.

Entry and location, "above the Chinese restaurant", was a bit average
