1 Bedroom Unit in 4 Star Tropical Resort in Noosaville

Size of room and security and parking was good:) comfy clean bed

Dirty cutlery. No bowls and mixture of random plates and cutlery

Location was great. Apartment was clean and lovely. Beautiful view over the lagoon. Resort restaurant had a great eggs Benedict special for $15. Will definitely return. Thanks

The property was well set up for the young, trendy beach holidaymakers . The location was excellent

The property was not suitable for people with mobility issues, ( I had a knee replacement last year and definitely too many odd shaped stairs. I could not shower because of the height of the bathtub wall ( shower over tub set up). A lot of external lighting that the bedroom curtains did not eliminate, making it difficult to sleep as room not dark

The quality of the unit was good

It was unclean. There was no hand soap. The glasses were greasy.

Being asked to leave after receiving my key at 7 pm at night after a 2 pm check in being left with no accommodation and made to pay for the double booking experience. Left with wet washing and sleeping in my car. Terrible degrading experience. Booking.com and the manager who I spoken to at 1.30 at booking each backing each other. Hope they are cosy tonight. Terrible. Terrible.

Wasn’t clean, I had to have them come back and do the floors, dishwasher had food in it and flint in the dryer. The rug was dirty I had to sweep all the dirt out of it plus it wasn’t a very nice rug in the lounge not inviting nor comfortable places where it was. The tea towel was a rolled up stained cleaners Cloth it seemed. I would have stayed with friends rather then pay that amount for what i got
