The bathroom/shower facilities were disgusting. Old and rusted, mould. Yuk!

The beach was very windy that day sand in my eyes runaway ball couldn't catch it was fun for a bit but after a long sprint the ball went AWOL child crying so we gladly bought another ball at the shops across from beach!! Lol

It was easy to get into considering it was a last minute booking, but it was tidy and spacious and quiet. The pond at night added a nice touch.

Very dirty. Bathroom especially. Sitting on toilet onecould see the dirt, covwebs etc at side of washing machine etc. Would say unit had not been cleaned properly for quite a while. Lack of any microwave dish etc Hob dirty. Etc etc. Have photos. lack of info showing where everything was . Cafe closed. Bedside cupboard broken. Plenty more, but enough...

We were told by reception staff that the unit we stayed in was privately owned. The staff and facilities were amazing. Great Location. But because it was privately owed and maintained. It was dirty. And looked and felted like someone lived there and not a resort room. I would stay here at the complex again but will go through reception privately and not through booking.com

All above. But more. Towels provided were not cleaned probably. Mold and marks, lucky we had our owe towels. Spa was not cleaned. Didn't want to use it. But to shower. Mold on shower curtain. Old pan to cook on and didn't want to use. Only thing clean was new sheets on bed. Bed was hard. No new toiletpaper and old ones in cupboard. No single use shampoo and conditioner or shower gel to use. Just big bottles. No paper on toilet or spa to state have been cleaned. Air-conditioning was not on so room was hot. No air-conditioning in bedroom so had to setup fan to push cool air from kitchen area into room. Very poor. Very disappointed for the price too.
