Very roomy & quiet

Great apartment, surprisingly larger than what we expected. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we required for our overnight stay. Great that we could park the car right outside the unit. We liked being a little bit out of the centre of town, but still not far away of where we needed to be the next day.

The pillows were pretty average (hard) and there was a very strongly-scented cleaner or room deodoriser used. It dissipated after airing the unit out for a while. That’s it though, rest was great! Would certainly go back again.

The apartment was spacious, and parking was easy.

The couch looked quite dirty, and the windows were covered with a thick layer of dust. There were greasy fingerprints on the light switches and fridge handle, and a lingering smell of grilled meat in the kitchen.

Me being ocd and a professional cleaner needs a little more attention to detail with cleaning otherwise overall fantastic stay

Unfortunely despite a kitchen area being provided there was Absolutley nothing provided to cook with which is disappointing considering mainly travelers would be staying.

The location, these apartments are no where near Launceston itself they are in an outer suburb they are not close to any public transport or amenities, we were only advised 10 minutes before checking in that the apartment we booked was not available. We were given another much smaller apartment even further away from Launceston we were offered a $60 refund and are still waiting
