Ironing board was broken, Iron was in private cupboard which had fortunately been left open and there was no salt / pepper and no rubbish bins, All good apart from this

The location is dreadful. Right next to a seasonal workers accommodation. We booked and paid for one of the modern units and we were pushed into a unit in the house. Whilst it is big, it is sparsely and cheaply furnished. The whole unit is tired. The fridge was making so much noise we had to turn it off. Deserves a 1 star at best. Dreadful value for money. We would NEVER stay here again.
AUNothing, we originally booked a much larger room with a balcony but were shifted because we were told there was plumbing problems at the unit we booked, so we were downgrade which neither of us wanted, we were offered a credit but would have preferred an upgrade not a downgrade, spoiled out time at Launceston
