Great view

Not clean. Stale sour smell we could not remove with ventilation. Doona, cushions throw rugs and doona covers need laundering, smelt very used! Cobwebs complete with spiders on walls, and dust mites caused runny and itchy eyes and itchy skin. Unit needs a good spring clean and scrub.

Great location!

Refrigerator worked intermittently. Blind on the main window could not be raised: broken mechanism. Bed could do with a new mattress!

Beautiful views.

Dirty window, ledge outside was full of insects. We are sure some branches fell on the roof in the middle of the night. Crockery chipped and the cups were too thick. We went and bought our own. Driveway needed attending to, we don’t have a 4 wheel drive and the car kept scraping when we came on or out.

The wires hanging out of the walls in every room The hot water service stopped working during stay, and was refused a partial refund. Under sheet on bed was oily and dirty
