Great location - shopping precinct with 5 minute drive - nice view of the ocean and even got to see kangaroo outside our window/balcony with her joey in the lower garden - very exciting indeed !!!

There was nothing not to like !!

View was great. Kitchen & bathroom had everything you needed

Beach was walking distance but not a swimming beach the closest being a 25 minute walk. Being downstairs you could hear footsteps from above

"Great view, but overpriced"

The view is really nice and the best thing about the place. The furniture is reasonably comfortable for a rental house and the kitchen has essential cooking items. Close to the beach, although it is not a good beach for swimming or surfing and it is a steep walk up the hillside from the beach to the house. Short drive to Lorne beach, town and shops.

The main photo makes it look like you will have a balcony to enjoy your coffee with a nice view; however, this is a deceptive photo as it is not a private balcony, rather it is just a table in front of the main entrance that is shared with the main house. The flat is underneath a house and there is a lot of noise, including construction noise. The TV is very old and we could not get reception to watch any channels on it. The shower suddenly turned to ice cold water inexplicably during the middle of a shower and took several minutes to get warm water again. I tried messaging and calling the office about checking out early and received no response from either. I would expect better even at a $200/night place, let alone at the $330/night price we paid.
