The apartment was fabulous. Great location very private and quiet. Very spacious Communication with the owner was great. Instructions to get in were easy.

"A very pleasant stay"

The apartment was in a great location within easy walking distance to the restaurants and cafes and pubs on the riverside and also for walking to the tram stops. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and very clean. Adrian, the host left out a bowl of chocolates which were well received on our arrival. Adrian was very helpful and easy to contact and offered assistance when required. All in all a very pleasant stay in the apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. 5 stars

Actually exceeded our expectations! I don't normally leave reviews but think this place absolutely deserves one. The host was very accommodating - thanks, Adrian! And the place looks so so much better than in the photos. Everything we would need was well provided as well! Loved our stay!

The unit was very clean and spacious with all amenities provided. Fantastic location to South Bank eateries. Loved having access to the pool and gym. Adrian was a great host, providing information when required

"Great communication, clean apartment and clear instructions !"

The space was great! The communication was consistently excellent. Location was right in south bank, the nearest grocery was a 4 minute walk!

The noise outside the apartment was hectic, the loud cars, sirens, beeping, lights flickering etc. I would invest in a eye mask and some ear plugs :)

"Great facility, great location, just needs a few fixes."

comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities, close to shopping, cafes and bars.

Extractor fan in end bathroom not working and electrical sockets on either side the bed (end room) not working.
