The Walkup Southbank

Fabulous location, wonderful, spacious apartment with trendy warehouse feel. Great instructions and Adrian was so accommodating!!! Highly recommend!!!

Nice clear instructions and host great communication. I loved and appreciated the thinner pillows as I have at home. First place not to get kink in neck and slightly lighter bedding so we didn't roast ! Wonderful to get a place this central with easy and safe parking guaranteed. - Fantastic !

Blinds were bit of a mission. Own Rubbish Removal. However not till home did we read we were meant to do this. It was written very clearly at the bottom so totally our fault for which we apologise to host now, for not having done so. Thankyou for having us.

If I had to pick on something it would be the water pressure in the shower but that is just being picky

The apartment is spacious and can host easily 6 people

It's quite noisy because it's on the 1st floor of a high rise building on a main road. It needs better blinds to block out the street lights

Beds were comfortable, location to Southbank was great, stash of chocolates was appreciate, space was huge, supermarket nearby very handy.

Car park hard to locate, despite specific directions. Arriving to host vacuuming upstairs, bit awkward. Premise was not clean, poo specks in toilets, obvious dust build-up everywhere, hairs all over kitchen and lounge chairs, already opened UHT milk in fridge (for how long don't know), pod machine filthy with spent pods and dirty water from previous user still in drawer, dangerous light connection in ensuite bathroom. This was a generous space, but has numerous maintenance issues and needs a professional clean. We were comfortable, but overall disappointed in the quality of our stay considering the expense.

What an awesome place, the location is great. There is food every where, the tram was only minutes away! And Adrian was a great host. Tha property is great, it has everything you need. It's comfortable and a parking spot for your car!

location was great. easy access. car park was a plus.

dishwasher wasn't emptied from previous guests. kitchen floor was very wet. tiles in bathroom needed some mold remover.
