"Relaxing beach holiday"

The apartment was close to the shops and beach. I love being able to walk everywhere and not have to find parking. Everywhere it seems is paid parking. There is plenty of cafes and places to eat. The rooms and living area are very spacious. The balcony overlooks the water and it was nice to enjoy a cuppa watching the world go by.

Only one set of keys worked for the main garage door. I let the RE know, but I didn't hear from them.

Excellent location, easy access to Cafes, shopping, Town Centre, Marina and Restaurants all within easy walk. Apartment has great views of Nelson Bay inlet.

We could not find a fault.

"This apartment has great potential if maintained properly."

The location was excellent and the apartment was big. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils, plates, bowls, pots and pans etc. The garage was a big double garage. They had kids table and chair, games and etc but no high chair.

It hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while, I emailed the agent the day before we arrived to ask the cleaners to make sure the floors were cleaned well because we had a baby that was crawling. I never heard back from them. When we arrived, we needed to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves because are baby’s hands and feet were black from crawling around within the first 30 minutes of being there. The bedrooms had small spiders around the windows which would also get into the beds, the place probably needs to be sprayed for bugs regularly being in an old apartment block.

Self check is was easy . Location was outstanding close to everything Nelson Bay had to offer

Apartment was excellent kitchen and laundry were well stocked with cleaning items. The only thing missing there was no complimentary bath gel shampoo and conditioner to get us started as we only had carry on baggage and didn’t bring our own . Not a huge issue but would have been nice to have.
