The bed was comfortable

We stayed here for two nights and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing overall. The place looked much nicer in the photos than it did in reality. When we arived, the room didn’t feel particularly clean — there was dust on some surfaces and the bathroom clearly needed better maintenance. Very mouldy and damp. One of the biggest issues was the smell. Throughout the stay there was a strong odour coming from neighbouring units when they were cooking, and it regularly drifted into the room. On top of that, there was also an unpleasant sewerage smell coming from the bathroom at times, which made the space quite uncomfortable.

The booking in procedure was different red flag n didn't feel right ,I read n understood the late check out 12:00pm,which I was looking forward to as I needed a bit of a rest b4 work ,for the price I paid I expected alot better than what this provided,but I wasn't to concerned at that point in time because I was looking forward to a comfortable sleep in! Come time to get ready to check out,I had everything ready to go just finished my coffee 11:50,there was load knocking on the door,answered the door,she was rude and said i was supposed to be gone and needs to clean the room,I said yes I understand im ready to leave n said it's only 11:50 ,and she walked off! I left then also,I wanted to put a complaint in then but had to get to work! At the end of the day I already rated the place a 1 out off ten,out of every place I have stayed in Hobart this is the worst would never go back n I would not recommend it i was better off staying at the central hotel! The cleaner put her complaint in after I left n complaned I was late checking out which shows the time she put the review in! NOT WHEN I HAD ACTUALLY GONE :11:55 that was the final reason that I rate it they shouldn't advertise their property on booking.com as it's not what it is,should be done for false advertising! As you can see i never have done a bad review on any place i have stayed!

The accommodation wasn't clean. There was a distinctive and lingering odour in the apartment which was really unpleasant. (Like wet dog and urine) There were no face washers. There wasn't any breakfast bowls. There was opened food left in the kitchen cupboard and fridge. The photos are outdated. There was no lovely courtyard or verandah with a table and chair to suit at.

A wonderful 'home away from home.' The apartment is well-stocked with all the essentials, including a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and cozy bedding. Although there were a few minor imperfections, the overall experience was fantastic. The location is unbeatable—a true gem!
