Hobart Colonial Apartment

I needed a place for my.friend.to recover after his long flight and Colonial was perfect. It was quiet and clean and close.to all the restaurants in Hobart. I will be back

The location The comfy bed The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay The off street parking is a bonus The cost is very reasonable

There was nothing to dislike

There was food left in the fridge. Prawns and bacon. Else everything was ok

Found property clean and the owner friendly and helpful

Parking out front not suitable for larger vehicles

Kitchen and heating facilities were good.

The bed in the bedroom had a spring sticking out which stabbed me. Sofa bed you wouldn't want to sleep on. It was hard and stained. Blankets not provided. Had to move the sofa bed around for it to open. Lightbulb missing from the lamp in bedroom. Lamp in living area you couldn't plug in. People living either side were noisy. Chair outside had a bag of rubbish on it. Overall would not stay there again.

C'est un endroit charmant calme et reposant avec un jardin de jolies fleurs ,près de la ville .Les clients laissent des fournitures pour faire la cuisine et le materiel pour cuisiner est correct,c'est appréciable

La propreté est à revoir

It was horrible. The host was rude and the place was filthy. We didn’t even stay there

The location to the city is great, if you didn’t have a car, it would not matter it’s that close.

There is a beep noise that goes off every hour, all night. It woke me every night
