"Perfect stay for families needing proximity to the convention centre and kings Park"

It was perfectly located for the convention centre and was perfect for staying at with 2 young kids, one of which needed a lot of clothes washed! Spacious and appreciated the books.

A bit old and the intercom was broken but these weren't really issues.

"Decent stay for short term visit to Perth."

Great location close to the CBD and Kings Park, secure underground parking, decent amenities.

The pre-stay security check procedure and the check-in and check-out instructions were probably the most convoluted of any place we have ever stayed at. Beyond that my only gripe was the traffic noise from the freeway, but I guess that’s just Perth if there’s no double glazing.

"Booking process great instructions easy to follow great accomation."

Location Perfect Washing Machine and Dryer.

Plumbing under sink leaking for some time and has caused bottom of cuppords to swell.Pipe had dropped from main sink joint which i pusshed back into place which needs a clamp or screw to stop further leakage.
