"Close to the city, public transport and kings park. A great location."

The lock was tiny had to use my camera to see the sequence. I arrived at 9.30pm tired and a little anxiety.

"Apartment has a lot of faults so not worth the premium price charged"

Location good in terms of proximity to city but on very busy roads so traffic noise and hospital noise as only a couple of blocks away. Also awkward to drive certain directions as on highway. Great views!

Beds hard as a rock. Master room “king” is 2 singles just pushed together (not a split bed joined, 2 singles). Photos deceptive, carpet threadbare in places in main living room, both couches very old and extensively cracked. Shower leaks and dirty. No bathroom fan so ceiling above shower been repaired multiple times. Water damage evident in a number of places. Master side bed light held together with what looks like dried blutack. Apartment very small. Although keys on site directions to get them incredibly confusing and convoluted.

Free secure parking, easy to get key from lockbox once I received the code, detailed instructions on finding the car parking spot and entering the building ✅

Unfortunately the emails went to my junkmail and I didn't receive them. The host was overseas and the backup contact didn't answer. I was able to have the check in instructions sent to me through the Booking.com website which gave me the lock code.

Perfect accommodation for our needs. Clean apartment had everything, washing machine and dryer. Parking was convenient and easy to get our apartment. Would highly recommend.
