location was great. parking carport and entry was good. customer service responded quickly when we had an issue with an open window.

There was only one small air conditioner in the main living area. No airconditioners in bedrooms. Considering Perth's climate, which can be quite hot, the air conditioner was not adequate. For us, it was very hot and the airconditioner did not cool the apartment enough. It made our stay quite uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower regularly turned cold. The hair dryer sparked when we tried to use it. A window was stuck open, handyman was able to do a quick fix - however issue was not resolved.

"Lovely location, could be cleaner."

The location was great and having a balcony a bonus.

The service provider needs to ensure the cleaners do a better job. All glass areas were smeared - including the glass dining table top, windows, patio doors and TV screen.
