Where to start. Firstly, there was no sign indicating the building. The instructions on where to find the apartment weren't sent at 3 pm. when check-in was stated. I had to call to have the instructions messaged to me because I wasn't getting a response through the booking.com app. Considering it is advertising as 2/4 first ave. But no, you have to go to the alley way around the back that stunk to get to the garage. Which, by the way, if you have anything bigger than a hatchback, good luck. And no way can you fit a suv or 4wd in the lock up. There were no aircons in the bedrooms, the place was sweltering when we arrived. So that was an indication of a hot night. The next one isn't the properties fault, but something people must be aware of the building has rude neighbours. We were about to enter the building for the 2nd time, and one of the neighbours yelled at us for leaving the door to the building open. But when we explained that it wasn't us, this is only the second time entering the back of the building, no apologies or anything. Just rude. Then, the night before check out, I went to check the checkout procedure in the booklet provided. I have worked in hospitality, so I was fine with stripping beds and removing rubbish before checking out to be helpful. But this is the first time I have ever been asked to vacuum. Which made us all question the cleaning standards of the apartment. If you are asking your guests to vacuum, do the cleaning team only come in to swap the bedding and not clean the apartment between use? Also in the little folder, there was contradicting instructions about where to leave the keys for check out. You need to clearly advise guest if both keys are to be left on the bench or one on the bench and the other in the safety lock box.

The location was fantastic! We walked straight out to the restaurant strip.

It took us awhile to locate the rear entrance and the garage was not clearly labelled.
