Lovely waterfront condo with swimming pool and gym in the heart of Docklands

Heaps of dust, the bed seemed to have not been changed so we slept on top of the blanket, heating wasn’t great (but maybe it was just we didn’t adjust it properly, they’ve put tons of bottles of toiletries in the bathroom but they’re all mostly empty, good thing we brought our own toiletries, we had to pay for parking of $15/day even though it says on site parking is available. A few weeks prior to our stay we changed the arrival time to 1400hrs and they replied that this is approved. However on the day of arrival, no one responded, it took us lots of inconveniences and almost a rebooking c/o Booking.com staff before they responded. The owner did not apologise and even sent me a screenshot that our initial arrival time is 1700hrs, so I sent the owner another screenshot wherein we were approved to arrive at 1400hrs - time was wasted on that day, good thing it ended well.

The host was quick to respond to messages & happy to let us check in early since we had an event to attend. Key pickup & dropoff was easy & instructions were clear. It's very kind of the host to sacrifice their home so that we can enjoy cheap accommodation in the city with no minimum nightly stay, we really appreciated it

I prefer to have a top sheet rather than just a doona, so we bought one from the supermarket nearby which was no big deal, would just recommend including it for the future

A small and cosy apartment with a home environment. One of the good things about this place is I can't hear the neighbours. Ive been in apartment where you can literally hear everything the person next door does. The owner reply fairly quick and keep me up to date with check in and check out process and any other enquiries I had.

Directions for picking up the keys was easy. The location was just great and was just like the photos.

I would have liked some instructions on how to use the TV in the bedroom.

Supposed to be a bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed. All 3 of us had to share the bed.

Fully self contained affordable apartment, kitchen cooking meals, great location close to trams, scenic balcony view, central heating, comfortable bed, hot shower.

We had a pleasant stay but all drawers and cupboards were full which meant there was nowhere to unpack. We had to either remove items or live out of our suitcases for a week. The apartment was cluttered. Need instructions for oven, found them on internet. Couldn't find a external bbq as advertised.

The apartment was cluttered and untidy. The bathroom was the biggest issue with hair and mess throughout.
