the advertisement of having a double bed and a sofa bed was wrong

I was not given any details to access the room except that someone would meet me there and after continually going back to the location it was nearly 3hrs before I met someone who new where the keys were. Luckily they were having a Christmas party in the foyer and I was told that this is a constant issue. I nearly had to spend $500 on alternative accommodation for 1 night. When I finally heard back from the owner after midnight (she lives in New York apparently) she really didn't seem to care what had happened to me just concerned about her own issues The unit was full of her belongings with crap everywhere, poor cleanliness, things broke from the time I arrived and it goes on............

Great location, great views, very clean and has everything you need

Very hard to work out the tvs 📺 frustrating, just wanted normal free to air in the bedroom and in the lounge had to use my foxtel.go...took ages on both tvs Oh the toilet paper holder kept falling off
