Location had amazing views and was ideal for access to the city, restaurant and sporting facilities. Transport was close and most convenient.

The additional bed for a third adult was not satisfactory and the cleanliness of the flat was not up to scratch. We have requested a refund and believe it will be granted.

"Fabulous views and very comfortable."

The location was great - close to District Docklands, shops and restaurants right downstairs. The view was lovely and the apartment had all we needed. Couches and bed were comfortable.

The shower head needs tightening as you couldn't have a hands free shower.

The view nothing else!!

The property was extremely dirty and unsanitary!! The air con didn’t work at all on a 35 degree day! Couldn’t spend any time in the room because of the heat! Bedding not clean, toilet not clean, bathroom not clean, everything just about waa dirty!! The man running the joint waa rude! And didn’t take anything consideration about trying to fix the issues we had !! Booked the room for 3 nights and left after 1… that sums up our stay.

Views and location were great.

Very cluttered place. Someone must live there as there was lots of stuff around. It was hard to sit on balcony as so much on there. Isn’t as big as it looks in photos but was ok for us two

Beautiful view.

The room was really hot and stuffy and bed was extremely uncomfortable. 2 of the nights had to sleep on the lounge so I could get a bit of sleep.

Great location, great view, good size apartment, walking distance to where we needed to go. Good communication with booking agent.

Directions for carpark/instructions were a little messy. No coffee making facilities in the apartment, not even a quick instant coffee?? It's clear someone lives there..felt like we were intruding a little. Checkout instructions need to be clearer. We left keys on bench as requested but got locked in carpark as needed fob! All good in the end we followed someone else out.
