Lovely waterfront condo with swimming pool and gym in the heart of Docklands

The location and view but we did not sray at this property..We left soon after we arrived..

The apartment smelt it was dirty,it was like someone had walked out of there own home and rented there property it was the worst property I attempted to stay at and the owners refuse to return my money very appauling..

Review: AVOID! To start.. we were directed to retrieve the key from Docklands Den. Upon arrival, we were informed that the key had already been taken by the owner, who needed to change the TV cabinet. We experienced a 2 hour delay and faced uncertainty as the owner did not respond to our calls seeking clarification. Even so, the cabinet of mention had not been replaced before our arrival, it was noticed that the change had been made after we had dropped our belongings off and returned back after the footy. The space is cluttered and a presence of personal belongings in the apartment led to us feeling a sense of intrusion. The add description indicates that parking is included, however, we were unexpectedly required to pay a parking fee of $20. It is also confusing as you are required to leave the keys on the bench while also needing the fob to exit the car park.. The whole encounter displays a significant lack of professionalism. I would recommend reading the reviews prior to booking and wished we had, lesson learned. We will not be returning, ever!

Location was very good

Unit very cluttered, lots of nick knacks and cushions etc every where. nothing like pictures on web site, air con was not working very well and set on high temp that couldn't be changed.

View great and location

Charged 100 cash for pet and no receipt when asked. Plus called them after checkout and as thought left coles gift card in room. Found it but staff not professional and accused of blood on sheet (not mine!!)and asked for $80 payID (ridiculous to bleach sheet and not mine) seems shifty and side operation run by staff, cleaners etc.....no aircon only those dodgy put water in and was like heater on in room.

No indication that it's air bnb when booking. We were expecting motel style toiletries, tea and coffee etc. Everything was just whatever the owner had left there, shampoo/cond, hand /body wash bottles filthy. Place not clean at all. All cupboards very messy with owners belongings just shoved and crammed in to be out of sight, nowhere for guests to put luggage etc away. A pair of silicone"chicken fillet" bra inserts in fruit bowl on dining table Mould in bathroom sink, definitely wasn't cleaned recently. Teatowels manky, too much junk shoved in cupboard under sink, we weren't game to look for a sponge/dishcloth. Vaccuum cleaner clogged with hair, filthy filter, couldn't even use it. Bedding definitely not fresh and crisp, had a slept in for a week feel,makeup smeared on pillow cases,we didn't even sleep in the bed, however upon checkout, we stripped the bed, only to find blood and urine stains on mattress and doona. Very unsatisfactory stay.
