Lovely waterfront condo with swimming pool and gym in the heart of Docklands

It was close to all amenties and great views

Was very clutted and the bed was not comfortable at all

Location was good

- the shower had stains in it - The house aircon was not working at all, my partner and I were literally drenched in the sweat to the point I woke up at 3am in the morning and had to go outside on the balcony because I could not breath in that house ALSO Upon arrival to our parking spot there were boxes in the lot we were told to park in. Didnt pay any attention or mind to it as thats not our property. After we checked out, I was not going to write a review because I just didnt want to think about that place moving forward as it was money spent that I regretted and did not want to think about anymore. Then a couple days later, the owner contacted me and accused me of taking the boxes that was in the parking lot, she stated she had CCTV surveillance and the police will be contacting me. I was openly upset due to the fact that WHY WOULD I STILL BOXES ?! I Had informed her that I am more than happy for the police to contact me and gave my details however I will be suing them for defamation on false accusations. I had asked for their details and she had immediately apologised and took back what she said saying this is not her it was "steve" (property owner). No one book from these people, they are scammers!

Nothing.

Poor communication from owner that is overseas. Place had not been cleaned. Stunk of cigarettes. I felt ill. I had nausea. There was rubbish; empty beer cans outside, condom wrapper inside, no cutlery, tv didn’t work, aircon was sent to warm. I couldn’t stay there, I felt sick.

Love the location

It was very cluttered with owners personal items

The location was perfect for going to Marvel Stadium, it was a walking distance. The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs The view from the windows was amazing. The owner was lovely, very accommodating and very friendly. We could contact her if we needed anything, and she always replied via SMS very quickly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Good location 5 min walk to marvel for footy and plenty of food places near bye - good veiw of docklands

Not a motel more like air bnb think someone lives there just a little lived in could have been abit better
