We liked the owners. Nigel and Ruby were very helpful and obliging. We had a view of the sea which was great It is near C I shop and the Information Centre. It is a fifteen minutes walk from the jetty.The settlement area is a good spot to be.

The apartment was built in the late 40 s so very old and hard to keep clean. However most places in Christmas island 🏝️ are run down. You just have to go with the flow.

Beauty of the location is NO KEYS REQUIRED , hard to get your head around, like the good old days!! for mainland visitors… great location on the waterfront..

Location was great and Hosts Nigel and Ruby were excellent . They went out of their way to make sure our stay on the Island was memorable. Nothing was too much.

Perfect accommodation for 3 adults and 2 children. Love the old school feel. Walking distance from chemist, food and a little therapy shopping. Was great! Thanks Nigel

The location is excellent, it's an old property but it has much improved since I was last there. Not to say it was not good back then, it was but it has been cleaned exceptionally well since my last visit and is much nicer.

I liked being there, my room/apartment was huge with kitchen and everything I needed for a week's stay.

Nothing. It was like a mad fisherman’s house who had left it for a while. No locks on any doors fisherman hooks everywhere. It was grim and the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay. Previous reviews are total fabrication. This place was rotten

Everything. The position was across from the sea. Great apart from the fact there is a massive great big phosfate works almost opposite. The WiFi was almost non existent and all round it was a dump of a place
