pool areas were great. gym was usable. cafe was great. waterpark was fun for the kids. cinema was good.

Great Resort Facilities, keep the kids entertained all day. Close to beach and resturants too. Apartment is basic but adequate for your needs

Apartment needs a refresh. Ive never slept (or didnt sleep) on such uncomfotable beds. They are all awful, need to be replaced with good quality matresess. Pillows a bit smelly and also should be replaced. Mouldy curtains and grout in bathrooms is not ideal. If the owners spend some money on it, it could be great.

We liked that we felt safe and the kids being able to have a great time in the pools and play areas around the property. We were able to stay around the Resort and feel relaxed in the resort environment

That we could not get in it was a very hard process my email is not working on their side as I have booked another property and got all their email messages and all. The cleanliness of the place having black mould on the curtains where my children were sleeping on the inside and outside curtains. The bathroom tiles having mould the one side sable in the lounge room being broken not useable, thr pillows being absolutely disgusting dirty, all the pool toys being broken and unable to be used missing items for toys. The tv in the lounge room is broken and has lines through it. Over all the resort was fantastic but the apartment definitely needs some upgrading new stuff and definitely to have a good deep clean

Communication with the agent wasn’t great. I want able to talk over the phone. Only method is to reply on email. However, every time I emailed … agent did not reply. Room was dirty and very dark. No much cooking appliances

The location of the property was great. Facilities and activities available for a young family are second to none. There is no reason to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. The option to BBQ or cook in your own fully self contained apartment makes it so much easier with young children. They were accommodating with providing an additional mattress for us. Secure and free parking was great and ground floor apartment was ideal.

The check in process to collect the keys was clunky. Despite numerous messages and attempted calls to the property to gain access to the lockbox, it was not provided until much later. Replies were given, but would avoid providing the code for the lockbox. It made it feel like a scam, and after a 8 hour drive to reach our destination, another 40mins waiting in the car for a response from the property was not ideal. The property felt tired and dated and the cleanliness was sub par. There was rubbish next to the Bedhead in one room. Dirty socks sitting in a highchair. An old dirty jumper under a bed. Chewing gum stuck to the side of the kitchen table. Marks on bedside table which wiped off when I wiped it. Floors were disgusting! Our children’s feet were black after a few hours walking barefoot on the floor. The property needs a good deep clean and refresh. Some additional towels would have been handy for a longer duration stay.

Like the location of it. Was nice and quiet which is amazing if you have had a hectic day out. Awesome for the kids. They loved every bit of it.

The bedding need to be washed. The mattress protector on all beds were stained as if they have not been washed in a very long time, i had to wash them myself before letting my kids sleep on the beds. All the mink blanks need to be changed as they stunk like other humans sweat. That there is so unhygienic.

The resort itself is a lot of fun for the kids

The apartment wasn’t cleaned well, beds were terribly uncomfortable, I’m not one to complain but the place wasn’t up to scratch at all. There was a cigarette bud in the kids toys box (that the room supplies) and rubbish left behind from the last guests. The resort is great for kids and we have stayed many times, but this particular room I wouldn’t stay again.

The place was great, had everything we needed and more!

Exhausted fans in both bathrooms did not work made it hard to keep the floors dry, the screen lock on main bedroom balcony did not lock
