nice looking place and it was nice and clean

Location was good. Close to everything in walking distance. Free city Tram stop right outside.

The bedrooms are not double glazed and so it was extremely loud and noisy music audible especially with events going in the nearby venues.

Very clear and reliable communication with the host. The apartment was beautiful and had fantastic views with a balcony. Two bathrooms made it very easy to get ready in the morning. Very conveniently located with multiple restaurants around. Close to public transport and within walking distance to major tourist spots.

We liked the central location and the flat came with everything needed (ie: cooking utensils, pots/pans) for our stay.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and well appointed and the view out over the gardens and Domain are great. The beds are very comfortable; There were some small touches (coffee, Tim Tams) which made us feel welcome; The owner (Rob) was responsive, and gave us all the info required for a painless check-in. Unfortunately for him, we stuffed up the key deposit on departure - sorry Rob! The apartment is convenient to transport (trams, trains) all the tourist high points, as well as the Chinatown restaurants and laneway cafes

Nothing - it's a great place to stay.

Good location. Perticularly good if you are attending the tennis and other functions at Melbourne Park. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to tailor the check-in/out arrangements to our needs.

Noise from the trains across the street, was aware prior that is an issue for any property on Flinders street so not a big issue for us.
