The location was perfect for dinning and shopping With a tram stop outside also easy to sight see.

A little map of which directions to main points of interest as google maps took us all over the place.

Great location tram line outside front door

Excellent communication from Rob and great service allowing early check in. Location was perfect. Rooms were clean and well kept.

The ensuite shower had a mild leak under the door. Tram/train noise early in the morning, but that is the downside of the great location .

Location, parking, helpful host, good wifi, modern building and comfortable accommodation

オーストラリアで有名なコーヒーや紅茶、お菓子が部屋に置いてあったこと。そこで味見が出来たのでオーストラリア土産として買いやすかった 立地がいい。トラムにも電車にも乗りやすい。 年始の花火が部屋から見れて最高だった！ 屋上があるのでそこに行っても見やすかったかも。 チェックアウトの日にも荷物を預かってもらえる手段があってありがたかった。

Exceptional location, right by the river and the AC/DC lane with excellent connectivity and dining options. Unit is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Unit has very nice light and decent views. We enjoyed it!

While the place is advertised as air conditioned, one of the bedrooms doesnt have AC vents and shared the air conditioning with the living room. The first 2 days we were here, it was very hot and the room was quite uncomfortable. Luckily the temperature dropped and it became habitable. We had a few niggles with the AC in the unit overall, luckily the host was able to give us directions and resolve the issue. Its clear though that we werent the first ones to have this issue. We couldnt get the kitchen vent to work - not sure if it was just us. The hardware (e.g. TV) is a bit dated.
