Location was awesome, and room was very spacious for 7 people.

Location and nice and roomy.

Traffic noise, oven didn’t work or if it did we couldn’t work it out.

Excellent location super close to crown casino ,yarra river and flinder station, apartment was huge and very clean, anything you want they give you straight away, nice and friendly staff, better than hotels.

Tony who meet us at the office has been great - friendly, helpful and gave us lots of recommendations on moving around the place. He is very responsive to requests and even swing by the apartment at night when we could not get the oven working. Our request to change one of the roller bed was quite quickly addressed. Plus point - Jozsef who was one of the building staff was also most friendly and very helpful. The location is very good, walking distance to Yarra River where we spent many pleasant evenings. Woolworth and an Asian supermarket just across the road and the best thing is Woolworth is open until midnight. We can just hop over when we need anything late at night.

There was some roadworks right in front of our apartment but although there was not much noise, the occasionally closure of that stretch of road was a bit of inconvenience when we are driving. Instruction manuals on how the oven and washer dryer works would be much appreciated. We put in our washing before we go to sleep and in the morning, the washing was still on and the washer was making a lot of noise. Likewise for the dryer, we put in the washing before we went out in the morning and when we came back in the evening, the clothes are still wet.

Location is excellent, room facilities, configuration & beds are really good. The problems we had with the room were all fixed the next day.

We had some bad luck. One toilet kept running after being flushed, a blind come off the roof fell on my head and the shower head wouldn't stay up.

Space, location, facilities were all lovely.

The bed in the master room had a rather obvious step in it, the mattresses put together didnt line up so it made for an awkward sleep. There was no sponges or paper towel to clean.
