"Little things spoil a nice place"

The location was convenient to why we were in Sydney for weekend and train station for going to CBD. very quiet and the room was cosy.

Breakfast was disappointing. One of the reasons for staying was early starts and having breakfast included was meant to help speed up our travel. But half a loaf of bread and some condiments didn't last us the 2 days, and the spoilt milk and running out of things meant we had to buy breakfast day 2. Didn't mind having to waash dishes in laundry, but could have provided a tray and laundry needed a clean, couldn't help but notice dirty undies on floor.

"Great price and accommodation"

I really like the peace and quiet of the place with a chicken and a duck greeting me in the backyard whilst having my morning cuppa. The host Dave was very welcoming and friendly as was his son. The under the house unit/studio room was well equipped and somewhat kwerky with the decor. But very comfortable indeed. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

Was just a little hard to locate the local Coles supermarket. Ended up going into Miranda Coles.
