Serenity

The bed was completely unsuitable, very soft and not even a proper bed base. My main issue was the owner refusing a refund as we didn’t stay. We booked on the day, so not holding the booking and preventing someone else from booking, and left 5 minutes after arriving, notifying the host immediately. Lack of communication after that didn’t help. No response to my 2nd message requesting leniency when we were left in Sydney with 2 dogs trying to find alternative accommodation in the evening. Just a message saying we never give refunds.

The room was good, it had everything I needed. It was quiet and private. Owners were friendly and accommodating.

The only little thing was when I went to make a coffee, the sugars were all wet inside for some reason.

Great little place to stay for the night and Shane the host was very friendly.

I liked how welcoming it was for my two small dogs.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

the location was in a suburb setting and was very quiet enjoyed feeding the 1 chook and 1 duck that came to visit in the morning. breakfast was basic overall was a very pleasant evening. thank you

The hosts were kind, friendly souls. Beautiful property and they accepted my German Shepherd. Animal lovers!
