Lovely 2 BR Spa apartment, Opposite Shepp Lake

I liked where the appartment was located as it was in such a lovely area of Shepparton. Just across from the lake. Even though you could not see the lake from the property. it was easy to get into the house and the downstairs kitchen dining area was nice and roomy. The heater worked and all the lights. Bathrooms were big as was the bedroom. There was plenty of space and I loved that there was a bathroom downstairs.

There was no hand rail for going up and downstairs which made it a little unsafe I thought as I had a lady with me in her 70's and she was a little anxious about taking luggage upstairs with out a rail to help. The parking as well was a little difficult. When I parked my twin cab Ute in the parking space allocated I was asked to move it as another car could not get round mine to go to the back of the appartment block. I ended up parking in a space hard up against the opposite side of the front door. I apologise if it put anyone else out. We could not find any directions on how to change the TV from free to air to streaming services, If there were instructions we could not find them Just a remote.

We were happy with the location and the facilities available, although starting to look a bit tired.

Were very disappointed that there were no hand rails with the stairs, quite unsafe for older persons. Two small things - nothing to light stove and no hair dryers.

Neat, well equipped, clear instructions, convenient location, flexible with our requirements and was actually better than the pictures.

Though there’s no risk of falling over, It would be good to install a handrail on the stairs.
