Lovely 2 BR Spa apartment, Opposite Shepp Lake

Great location , spacious for a family of 4, well furnished

We were there on a 40C day & the aircon was malfunctioning in the main bedroom. The staff did their best by organising repairs at short notice & provided a fan.

It was across from the lake.

The utensils were dirty and had to wash them before using. We found many ants in kitchen area. There was no blinds on windows in ensuite bathroom. If a person had binoculars they could see us.

Location is amazing, host was responsive and seemed so friendly.

On arrival there were ants, attracted to something on the kitchen bench, as if the if the bench hadn't been wiped down properly. Bin had food (grated cheese) left in it which wasn't pleasant on a very humid 34 degree day! Also washing machine was full of wet linen and dryer was full of semi wet items which was odd when it meant sitting in there for the next 2 days. Upstairs though, bathrooms etc were all very clean.
