Lovely 2 BR Spa apartment, Opposite Shepp Lake

Spacious, nice to have bathroom for each bedroom. Nice location across from Lake and walking area. Easy parking.

Front door latch would only stay closed if locked. Downstairs roller blinds were difficult to use. Instruction manual for house would be nice. We overlooked the internet code in the email with lock box code so didn’t realise there was wifi until last day as there were no written house instructions in the information folder.

This property is so close to everything a visitor could need, shopping, lake, art gallery, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Facilities were excellent and the unit was clean and comfortable. We loved having a bathroom off both bedrooms a bonus when 4 women travel together. Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Only thing I can think of is the windows had been opened to air out apartment but in winter it meant the first night was vary cold. Once the heater warmed up the property is was very comfortable.

The location was excellent. Accommodation had everything you would have at home.

The main bed in the master bedroom did not have a mattress protector, and we felt that it was pretty gross. We used the two singles beds in the second bedroom. The external door on the balcony doesn't lock.

The location was fantastic, we were so close to everything. Bedrooms were great with comfortable beds, and having ensuite’s off both was just perfect. There were plenty of outlets for chargers and appliances, wifi was excellent too. All you need for a home away from home. With washing machine and dryer at your disposal, fully fitted out kitchen and dinning space. With a dedicated car space ease of parking is a relief. I highly recommend staying here.

My sisters and I suffer from allergies so walking in to a very overpowering scent wasn’t great, we had to wrap the diffusers in a plastic bag and put outside until we left, this is something that needs to be considered. Although airing the property out before guests arrive is a good idea, leaving the windows open in winter made for a very cold first night.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was within walking distance from the lake and the art museum.

I thought there was going to be a lake view. It's true you can glimpse the lake, which is across a busy noisy road, if you go out the front door, but that's not my idea of a lake view.

Well set out, clean, comfortable bed and everything we needed for the days we stayed.
