En plein centre d'Anvers donc très bien situé

Hygiène et propreté de l'appartement médiocre. Il faut savoir que sur 3 nuits nous avons dormi par épisode car locataires jeunes et très bruyants tout au long de la nuit 😡

Good location and beautiful cozy apartment

In person check in was in a different location that cost me two ways Uber’s ride. Unit was not that clean as expected. Bedsheet and cover were not clean. Pickup your key from provided location before you move in.

Die Lage war gut

Die Klohspülung war defekt, die Tür zwischen Küche und Toilette war defekt. Aufm eine Beschwerde hat sich bis heute keiner bei mir gemeldet.

The location was great, close to nice cafés, city centre

The property was not well cleaned and maintained at all. The bathroom door was broken, the toilet tank was broken and we had to manually open it and push the overflow tube so the water can start, the TV was not working, the dryer was also not working…. And all this I told to the host via a message just shortly after we checked in the venue and I never even got a reply (and it was still like day time, so there was time to react from their side if they wanted to). Thankfully, we only had less than a 24h stay, I can’t imagine spending more time there.

I already knew the apartment: it was the third time for me. It's my favorite location in Antwerp, close to the historical centre(5 minutes walk) but in a quiet area, the rooms are large and cozy and provided of all you need for a short stay. I hope i'll be there again 👍🏻

Bring your earplugs and sleeping eye mask. You’ll need it. The apartment is super noisy and since it’s on the ground floor you hear everyone coming and going all night long. Oh and it’s half under the central staircase..good luck with people stumping up and down. The curtains do give a hint of privacy, but don’t fit or block a lot of light. Be aware that this place is very run down. Everything in the apartment is damaged, scratched, burned by cigarettes and in need of replacement. Want to watch tv? Bring your own batteries for the remote control. Want a clean apartment? Choose another place. There were hairs on the wall in the shower and stains all over the place. Want windows that close properly? Nope, not this place. The advertised terrace? It’s the tiny courtyard next to your window that doesn’t close properly, where all the trash of the building is kept.
