Very rude staff. We called the property and the guy wouldn’t identify himself. He didn’t want to say his name but kept asking “Why are you calling”. A deposit of $400 that was requested wasn’t clear in the property booking description.

Nothing.

The way that the unit was advertised.i was under the impression from the start that it was controlled by the actual hotel but it ended up being an air bnb apartment.i went to the front reception and tried to check in and was told that I couldent that I had to call the owner.it took me over 40min to get the key to the room.it was made way to difficult then it needed to be.and then I was told that there is a 400hundred damage deposit,after booking it on line for 1night.i was also told that the deposit was going to be returned the next day when the cleaner checks the room for damage,it was returned to me 3days later.very confusing process and whould not recomend to enybody to stay there.also on the add it was advertised as having wifi.only to find out later that you had to purchase it😡😡😡😡
