Hotel facilities

I have to give the damage deposit on time prior to check in but when i asked to give it back to me after check out, i have to message them how many times to give the deposit back. It’s been two days i haven’t received my damage deposit.

Nothing to be honest

The property was a total mess. It was not exactly what's shown in the pictures. We were 4 people and were promised two bedroom apartment but were only given one room with two beds which was obviously difficult to manage as we were two couples. Moreover, the bathroom was not even a bathroom. It was a laundry converted bathroom with a shower cubicle. Pictures had a kitchenette as well but we didn't get that. Total waste of money. Not recommended at all.

Location was good. View was good. Room was nice. Water pressure was good.

It is a bit challenging to get the keys. You can't get in after hours unless you follow someone else inside. There were a few things missing in the room. And you can't get a Tax Invoice for the money you spent.

The only thing good about this accommodation was the location.

The property is being run by a Mum and Dad operation - very unprofessional. I had to go on a scavenger hunt to get the key and spent the best part of my stay following up the property manager and maintenance.
