Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property. We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature. Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Pleasant area, spacious accommodation, good outlook. Would not rebook."

What Breakfast?????

Unusable car park garage. Had to park on street. Difficult parking in car park to load and unload. Difficult luggage handling arrangements at basement elevator. A trolley would be a good investment by group owners. Insuffucient heating and no air conditioning. No breadknife.

This property was very close to everything perfect family holiday.

It would be good to have air conditioning or perhaps more fans, it was fine while we were there as it wasn’t too hot, but if it was hotter weather it would be worse.

The location is unbeatable, very central to all you need and the view is amazing.

You are paying a premium for the location. However, there has been no expense put into making the accomodation comfortable. It wouldn’t hurt to get some new mattresses and a better lounge for your guests, especially with how much they pay to stay there; they were terrible.
